Cash On Delivery (COD): We offer COD services across most serviceable pin codes in India. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Failed Delivery/Unclaimed COD Orders

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will process a refund after deducting the shipping and handling charges incurred.

For COD orders, if delivery fails multiple times or the order is refused by the customer, we reserve the right to decline future COD orders from that customer.
